Blow Your Worries Away Activity
Let’s face it, any anxious person knows we worry about EVERYTHING under the sun. Some of small, some are large, some are childish, and some are realistic. So, what do you do when you are having a rough day with your anxiety and you worries feel like they are consuming you?
You make a Blow Your Worries Away Sheet. You take a piece of paper and draw a bubble wand and a bunch of circles behind it. As many “Bubbles” as you possibly want. Then take a marker and “Blow” your worries away by writing each worry in a bubble. Then once you are finished “Blowing” them away. Color the bubbles in to “Pop” them and relax your mind.
